REFUND POLICY

Project Initiation:

  • Each project starts with a detailed scope of work document and thorough discovery/analysis.
  • This ensures all parties are well-informed about project requirements to minimize cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
  • Completed work is not eligible for reimbursement due to the time and effort invested.

Mutual Termination:

  • In case of mutual termination, all completed work becomes the client's property.
  • Payments for additional work become null and void.
  • Refunds for initial deposits or charges are not provided once mock-up designs are approved and project development begins.

Prorated Refunds:

  • Not applicable for project phases already in progress.
  • Special occasion services by the marketing team are non-refundable, with expiration dates on offers.
  • Accepted returns under specific conditions reflect in the client's account within 5-7 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Process:

Requests must be directed to the account manager or billing department, with approval required for the cancellation to take effect.

Timing:

  • Only requests received within 12 hours of placing the order and before project execution commencement are considered.
  • Bunkit Solutions is not responsible for services rendered by third parties after this period, including hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.

Web/App Service Packages:

  • Non-refundable, but written cancellation requests can be submitted up to thirty days before the planned start date.
  • No reimbursement if payment or deposit remains unpaid or unclaimed for more than thirty days.
